Andrew Guanciale

Confident and dedicated to his profession, Andrew is motivated to demonstrate his abilities to his clients. As a 3^rd generation Realtor, Andrew wants every customer to be as happy with their home when they go to sell it as they were when they first took possession of the property. To this end, Andrew pays close attention to market trends and provides his customers with the latest market data about properties and comparable sales in the area.

Andrew is active in his community and volunteers his time with the Salvation Army of Newark, Hospice of Central Ohio, Big Brothers Big Sisters, The Works Museum, Licking County Chamber of Commerce, and Licking Memorial Hospital. Andrew has been awarded the Licking County Board of Realtors 75 Million Dollar Club Award and named twice to the Licking County 20 under 40 list for professional leadership within the community. Andrew is a proud graduate of Newark Catholic High School and Capital University. When not hard at work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, Jill, and son, Luke.

Patrick Guanciale

Patrick was first licensed as a real estate agent in 1971 and continues to enjoy serving new and past clients in Licking County and Central Ohio. Throughout his 50 years of work in real estate, he has created a large network of faithful clients referring their friends and family to Patrick for their real estate needs. Patrick has received many sales awards statewide and nationally along with being a member of the Licking County Board of Realtors $100 Million Dollar Club, the LCBR 2021 Community Service Award Recipient and the Coldwell Banker Realty 2021 Jerry White Award Winner.

Locally, Patrick is involved as a board member of the Licking Memorial Health Systems, Newark Catholic High School Foundation and sits as a founding board member of Grow Licking County, CIC, two-time Chairman of the Board for the Licking County Chamber of Commerce and involvement in many other community non-profit organizations.

Patrick resides in Newark, Ohio with his wife Carol.  They are both very proud of their son, Andrew, the Team Leader of the Guanciale Group.

Brittany Freas

Brittany’s real estate career started in 2009 as the administrative assistant for Coldwell Banker King Thompson.  She then became a licensed assistant for the Guanciale Group in 2013 and currently is a sales agent within the Group.  While servicing all of Licking County, Brittany specializes in the Licking Valley area where she resides with her husband and daughter, Dusty.  She has lived in the county nearly all her life and can’t imagine raising her daughter anywhere else. 

The Licking County Board of Realtors recently awarded her with their 5 Million Dollar Award. Brittany specializes in rural properties as well as farms and land.  She strives to deliver a positive experience to each and every one of her clients.  Brittany looks forward to helping you reach your real estate goals.

Danielle Clark

Danielle Clark lives with her husband and two sons in the city of Newark which, for them, represents connection, friendship and community.

As a Realtor, Danielle enjoys helping her clients move seamlessly through the processes of buying and selling. Her clients are her priority. Whether first time homebuyer, return buyer, first time seller, seasoned seller, or investor, she endeavors to make sure her clients are accurately informed of the most up to date market trends to navigate the process smoothly. Her experience and expertise in matters of contract and negotiation gives her clients the competitive edge when it comes to getting the best deal, no matter which side of the transaction they're on. It is her goal to exceed the expectations of every client!

Nikki Campolo

Nikki is a licensed Realtor who has a love for Columbus and the unique areas it holds to live and grow. She has had a lifelong dream of being in real estate to help people buy their dream home or to find the perfect buyer for their current home. Her focus is in the heart of Columbus and surrounding areas including New Albany, Westerville, Blacklick, and Worthington.

She brings a deep understanding of the local market, a keen eye for a home’s potential, and a passion for helping her clients find the perfect fit for the next chapter of their lives.

With 20+ years’ experience in client services, and a background in retail banking, design, and marketing, Sybil understands how to present homes in their best light to attract the right buyers. But more than that, she approaches every transaction with honesty, integrity, and a commitment to getting her clients the best results to maximize their investments. 

Sybil lives in Madison Twp and enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, Eric, and their large family.
